Best HE Laundry Detergent for Colors and Whites Simultaneously?!!!?

I need a HE laundry detergent that is great for brightening whites and colors simultaneously, specifically for panties and athletic shorts that are colored but have white detail. Currently, I try to wash them with the color most prominent on the item but the white detail continues to come out dingy, Please help! Thanks!
