My 20th Birthday party?

I'm turning 20 this month and I want to have a party somewhere. It'll be 19+ with a bunch of people. I don't want to spend too much money and I'm willing to have a entrance fee and then pay the rest myself. I want to have a good DJ and a bar thats all that really matters. And as long as the place is not dingy or sketchy. I also need it to be fairly easy to get to since a lot of people wont be driving. Any suggestions?
