It's one thing to help her out while she's in school since it costs so much, but it's time for her to grow up. If she won't take the initiative to do it on her own, you will have to make her. "Help" her grow up. There's no reason she can't go buy herself a car and find her own place. If you don't want to kick her out, make her pay rent or one of the bills.
