Is it possible to delete a PS3 account linked with a PSN account?

My ps3 has been freezing a lot lately so i have to send it in. The problem is that i have given my account to 5 people (unintentionally) and now if i send my account in im almost certain that i wont be able to recover it because i have 5 people linked with it already. Is there a way for me to unlink someones account to the PSN so that i can re download my account?
