What is a relatively cheap camera that can take a good low light action shot?

I go to a lot of concerts that are in dark, dingy bars and I need a relatively cheap (under $250) camera that can take a good low light action shot. My last camera was a Kodak Easyshare MD863 and it worked great, but it got waterlogged at Warped Tour and I can't seem to find one in store or online. Right now I have a Kodak Easyshare Z981, but it isn't that good for anything but posed photos.
