If a Somali pirate fires a Harpoon anti-ship missile at a Chinese navy 052C class destroyer, what would happen?

It's unlikely the Somali pirates would be able to acquire a Harpoon or have the means and know-how to actually use it. But if something as completely implausible as that were to happen. One would assume that the Type 52's anti-ship missiles would be able to intercept it, and should that fail, it's CIWS guns should be able to take out the relatively slow moving Harpoon.
